Our selection of gowns is constantly changing and available for any sort of customizing. Many items are sold of the rack and go quickly. We have stuffed with gorgeous white gowns and are a small space, so no food or drink is allowed in the store. We do provide each bride and their group with water. It is also hard to accommodate small children in the store, please remember there are pins, sharp mirrors, heavy racks – safety comes first!
We want to provide our brides with an intimate experience when they purchase their bridal gown. We recommend that you limit your group to between 3 and 4 people. We are a cozy boutique and that comes with limited seating. For larger parties, we may require a weekday appointment.
Alterations are not included. Because alterations are based upon time, we don’t want to overcharge you by including a flat fee. We always size you for your gown and get you to the closest size possible so that alterations are as low as possible.
Malindy Elene’s selected designers will sometimes put on an event for us called a Trunk Show. Our store has selected between 4 and 15 gowns from each of our designers that we carry always. However, of course, each designer actually has more dresses than that in their line. So, the designers ship us an extra 10 to 20 dresses to showcase in our store for a limited time and we can offer you a discount on any dresses designed by that particular designer! Appointments ALWAYS fill up quick so make your appointment today!
Because our designers gowns are all custom made for you… gowns normally take 5 to 8 months to come in depending on how detailed your gown may be! It is hard to wait that long we know! But, this way, each piece of your gown is made just for you. No piece of your gown will be sitting in a factory beforehand, each fabric, flower, crystal, lace, is all ordered just for your gown and then handcrafted just for you! Wedding too soon? Rush options are always available but rush fees do apply!
Appointment times are between one hour and an hour and a half. Because we only schedule 2 appointments at a time, if you need some extra time or some extra attention, we would love to give that to you! You’ll never be rushed out and always have plenty of time!
Appointments are recommended. Of course, we want you to feel free to pop in anytime! However, to ensure that you get the time and attention that every bride deserves, appointments are recommended. Especially on weekends! We have a limited amount of dressing rooms and seating space so be kind to yourself and your group… make an appointment and you can be treated like a queen!
